Drop In

Looking for a fun workout while you’re in the Seattle area? We’re more than happy to accommodate you!

Please email us at info@sodofitness.com least 24 hours in advance – we will respond as soon as possible to help you reserve a spot in class. Without pre-registration, we cannot guarantee a spot in class! To better manage the process, please provide the following information:

  1. How long have you been doing CrossFit?
  2. The name of your home CrossFit affiliate
  3. Date & Time of the class you’d like to drop into
Drop In Policies:
  • No first-time athletes please! You must have a minimum of 3 months of CrossFit experience within the past 12 months at a registered CrossFit affiliate to drop-in to one of our classes.
  • Our online schedule is current and up-to-date – drop-ins can attend any of our WEEKDAY classes. (We typically cannot accommodate drop-ins on Saturdays, but feel free to ask as we can sometimes make exceptions based on class registrations)
  • Our drop-in rate is $25 + tax and must be paid prior to the start of class.
  • We ask that you participate in class and follow the programming we provide. If you’d like to do your own thing or follow your own programming, ask about dropping in during an Open Gym block!
  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of your class so we can show you around!
