Yes! Reservations are required for all of our classes, so please fill out the form below and we’ll get back to you ASAP with a registration link
You are free to do your own programming during our scheduled Open Gym times, which are Sunday through Friday from 10 am to Noon. If you attend a group class, we ask that you follow our programming for the day to the best of your abilities.
If you are in town for more than a week, shoot us an e-mail or talk with us in the gym to work something out. We handle this on a case-by-case basis.
