Why do you enjoy coming to SFM?
The community – I get to start my day in the company of an amazing group of folks putting effort into taking care of themselves. They inspire me!
How would you describe SMF in one word?
I would describe it as “Positive”.
How long have you been at SFM?
I’ve been coming about 5 years.
Why is fitness a priority to you?
Life is precious. Fitness helps me appreciate the body’s preciousness, and I love doing physical things like skiing and sailing.
Favorite workout or movement?
That’s tough…currently overhead squats because after a lot of mobility work I can finally get a little weight on the bar.
What is something many people don’t know about you?
I play duplicate bridge with my husband – bridge is actually how we met 23 years ago – and we have won gold medals on 3 continents.
