Why do you enjoy coming to SFM?
A few reasons. I enjoy the energy from the people I workout with and the satisfaction of finishing a WOD. The motivation and encouragement of our SFM trainers as well!

How long have you been a member?
It will be 2 years in May!
Why is fitness a priority to you?
It motivates me and provides energy for the day! After finishing a workout I feel SO great! For me, the harder the workout – the more proud I feel when I finish it.
Tell us your favorite movements/workouts
Wall balls, handstands, pull-ups, chest to bars (did only a few times but it was an amazing feeling to get it), push-ups, burpees, and toes-to-bar. Recently, I’ve started liking snatches. Deadlifts will always be my favorite because it feels great to lift heavy!
What is something many people don’t know about you?
I used to afraid of the heights but that all ended once I turned 11, now, I enjoy thrills. Cliff diving, skydiving, bungee jumps, bouldering, roller coasters…I look forward to them all!
