Every new CrossFitter at SFM begins in our Fundamentals course. In 5 small group sessions over the course of approximately 2 weeks, you’ll train beside other beginners just like you and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. This course will ease you into the intensity of the CrossFit workouts.

Our RedLine classes take High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to the next level! This class is great for beginners as it features less technical movements than CrossFit classes, but we still like to keep things interesting with a combination of body weight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, running, rowing and much more. Burn calories, increase your metabolic rate, shed fat and keep your heart healthy with RedLine!

Olympic Lifting

Focused time to work on the finer points of the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch, aka the Olympic lifts. Designed for athletes with 3 or more months of CrossFit experience and a basic understanding of these lifts, Olympic Lifting class gives you the opportunity to improve technique and gain strength in a setting where you can work at your own pace without the distraction of other movements.
