The basics: Rebecca loves Crossfit, breakfast food, dogs, live music, hiking, biking, snowboarding, and hanging out with her pitbull Stella.
Rebecca began her fitness journey with running in middle school and high school. Her first track coach was more like a drill sergeant and although it was hard as hell, she loved it. While in high school and college, she also started taking some kickboxing classes where she quickly learned that she loved a good ass-kicking workout. So it’s no surprise that when she got around to trying CrossFit in 2014, she was instantly hooked! Though Rebecca has spent a lot of her life regularly working out, fitness and athletics isn’t something that’s come easy for her, so she loves helping people achieve fitness goals they never even thought were possible!
