Thanksgiving Schedule

Join SODO Fitness Mechanics on Thanksgiving morning
at 9 am for a Friends & Family-Friendly RedLine class! 

Thursday, Nov. 22nd: Start the holiday off right with a fun workout suitable for all fitness & experience levels. Got friends & family in town hanging out at your house? Drag ’em along to the gym and earn your Turkey Day feast together!

Following the RedLine class, we’ll hold one CrossFit class at 10:30 am (experienced CrossFitters only at this one, please!)

Friday, Nov. 23rd: No classes! Open Gym only from 9 am to Noon

Additionally, with the approaching holidays. we wanted to find a way to give back to those less fortunate in our community. That’s why we’ve decided to collect food, clothing and toiletries to donate to St. Vincent de Paul of Seattle. Their food bank is located in nearby Georgetown and serves those in the same zip code as the gym, so our donations will truly help our neighbors.

We wanted to get a head start on things so we’ll start collecting NOW through the end of Thanksgiving week. Donation boxes are located in our lobby, so let’s fill ’em!

We invite members and non-members to bring in any of the following items:

**Non-perishable foods – especially high protein items that don’t require cooking such as canned meats and fish, chili, peanut butter, trail mix, and soup
**Men’s and children’s clothing, socks, and shoes.
**New hygiene items such as unopened travel-sized toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, feminine hygiene products, laundry soap, dish soap, and bar soap
